Huntsville, OH – 5 Angle Construction Inc. of Columbus Grove is expanding their operations into the Logan County Region to 5188 CR 130 Huntsville, formerly owned and occupied by Maier Concrete and Construction.
5 Angle Construction has been a full service contractor since 1990 and they specialize in a variety of trades and services for both commercial and residential construction. They are headquartered out of Columbus Grove and have contracted with many local companies like Thomas & Marker Construction, Humble Construction, and Ferguson Construction.
This acquisition of 15,750 SF of space in Huntsville will allow the owners Jeff Schroeder, Randy Schumacher and Robert Maag the ability to expand their service area into the Bellefontaine-Marysville-Columbus area and have a presence near major contractors. “These buildings will give us a place to receive and distribute material and equipment in the area. It will also give us a central meeting place for employees and management staff,” commented Schumacher. They have plans to lease one of the buildings.
“This property allows 5 Angle Construction easy access to St. Rt. 33 and 117 and is located in close proximity to Marysville and Columbus while offering them plenty of room for expansion,” stated Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers who represented the owner in the transaction. We have seen a huge increase in construction activity and this location will be a very good fit for 5 Angle Construction and their operations, added Echemann
5 Angle Construction is anticipating being in operation in early spring and has plans to hire 10-15 additional employees. “Our hope is that the economy continues to grow so it would allow for further expansion and development of the buildings and grounds,” added Schumacher.
