Clayton Manufacturer Makes Move to Shelby County

The glass company, formerly in Clayton, shifted its operations to the 17,000-square-foot facility at 62 Elm St. The company will use the new space for office, storage and manufacturing.

Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, represented the seller in the deal, said the new facility will let the company double the size of its operations from its former facility on Jacks Lane in Clayton.

American Architectural Glass Inc. is a commercial and industrial glass company that’s worked on projects for clients such as Sinclair Community College, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Miami Valley Hospital and Wright State University.
