Xenia, Ohio (May 18, 2018) – Industrial Property Brokers Principal Tim Echemann, SIOR, CCIM, announced that his firm has helped sell an industrial building in Xenia, OH for $775,000.
Echemann represented the seller in the transaction, Larry Laymaster. The buyer was 1332 Burnett Drive LLC. The building address is 1332 Burnett Drive in Xenia. The property was formerly associated with Plastic Blast, electric motor store Ez Scoot and Laymaster Services.
The purchase is an expansion for the buyer, Reptiles by Mack, which occupies a building next door and wholesales reptiles throughout the U.S.
Since 1985 Reptiles by Mack has been keeping and breeding reptiles which are sold as pets. The business is one of the world’s largest breeding facilities, specializing in captive bred Leopard Geckos, Crested Geckos, Bearded Dragons, Corn Snakes, King Snakes, Milk Snakes, Ball Pythons and much more.
According to public records, the building last sold in 1996 and sits on 1.4 acres. The property is neighbored by several other industrial buildings, including National Carton & Coating Company, Varvel Performance and Automotive Repair and Superion Inc.
