Industrial Property Brokers Represents Investor in Piqua Medical Office Lease to Five Rivers Health Centers standard
Piqua, Ohio (August 14, 2018) – Industrial Property Brokers Principal Tim Echemann, SIOR, CCIM, announced today that his firm represented a local investor in the 10-year lease of a stand-alone, 4,416-square-foot industrial property in Piqua to Dayton, OH-based Five Rivers Health Centers. Five Rivers plans to extensively renovate the interiors of the building and use it as a medical office facility. The property sites on 1.26 acres and is located at 1830 W. High Street, Piqua. The lease rate, or monthly rent, was not disclosed.
