Facil, a Belgium-based provider of fastening solutions and C-parts for companies including Navistar, recently leased about 50,000 square feet at 3100 Upper Valley Pike in Springfield. The deal was brokered by Tim Echemann of Piqua-based Industrial Property Brokers.
The Springfield facility is one of three locations Facil is opening in the next couple months, including others in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mexico. All three facilities will support Navistar, which operates an automotive manufacturing facility in Springfield.
