Piqua, Ohio (August 14, 2018) – Industrial Property Brokers Principal Tim Echemann, SIOR, CCIM, announced today that his firm represented a local investor in the 10-year lease of a stand-alone, 4,416-square-foot industrial property in Piqua to Dayton, OH-based Five Rivers Health Centers.
Five Rivers plans to extensively renovate the interiors of the building and use it as a medical office facility. The property sites on 1.26 acres and is located at 1830 W. High Street, Piqua.
The lease rate, or monthly rent, was not disclosed. Tim Echemann was the only broker involved in the lease.
